What is a good 800 meter run time for a 7th grade girl?

I usually get around 2:51-ish. THANK YOU! (any other general track tips would be extremely appreciated) :)

that is good. wow i got 2:08 for my 700 meter and i am in 7 grade. well breath through your nose and out through your mouth will help. keep your mind off of your time and think of something else. trust me. it helps

2:51 is a good time for a 7th grade girl.  Anything under 3:00 would win or place at most meets in my area.  The fastest MS girl I've coached in the last ten years ran about a 2:43.  Our MS record still stands from 1982 (2:31).

That is a good time. Really good. I would lve to get that time right now and im a sophmore but my legs are messed up. Tips are just to run a steady pace and pick it up second lap and go all out your last 150-200 meters.
