What is a good DSC model, from Sony (with cybershot) around $150 ?

I want something from 5-7 megapixel with good optical zoom. I saw some models but they seem to get ruined after six months or so. I also rather buy something that are in the stores - I live in Alberta, Canada. I want something with cybershot from Sony. If there are other brands that have things just like cybershot i would not mind looking at them.

the sony dsc-P8 is a very gud model...mine's been goin on 4 3 yrs!! u can try nikon coolpix too...there r ones with image stabilizers too(from sony)....they'll be a tad bit expensive but u'll get much more clearer fotos while u're in motion(e.g. car or bus)........

Do not get DSC700 model.  It does not have image stabilization on it, bad move on Sony Part.   Also you may want to consider if you want the kind that uses the AA batteries or the one with the battery inside that you charge in an outlet.

Check circuitcity.com, they usually have lists of the Sony models with specs and customer reviews.
