What is a good DVD to "original" iPhone movie converter?

Question

The trial versions I've downloaded are optimized for the 3G screen resolution. The other video resolutions I've picked, i.e. 480 x 360, etc., do not seem to conform to my iPhone's screen resolution/size. Could be my ignorance on video conversions. Please advise.

You may try this dvd converter, I always use it to convert DVD to MP4 video for iPhone, you can customize the video resolution you want in the setting panel. And here is a guide about how to use it

iPhone only can support mp4 or h.264 format, you must make sure the video is mp4 format for iPhone. If not, you need try some third party software such as Cucusoft DVD to iPhone Video Suite to rip DVD movie and convert videos in any format to iPhone, it works great for me.
