What is a good File Cleaning Program?

Question

I want to know if there is a cleaning program other than CCleaner that gets rid of old dlls, useless hidden files, old program files, (have installed and uninstalled lots of programs so this would help) and all of that other c**p that comes with your computer (like all those advertisements for Internet service) and any other junk. I use CCleaner, disk cleanup and Advanced Windows care but they arent enough.

Also install a anti-spyware software like Spybot-Search & Destroy to remove adwares in your computer (if any)
