What is a good Japanese text book and audio program?

I want to learn how to speak Japanese. Can somebody recommend a good Japanese textbook that comes with an audio CD?

I recommend BYKI (Before You Know It).

It is a type of freeware, you can test it out, with limits of course.

Then you can buy a full version, which is called BYKI Deluxe.

It's a really great program.

I know you wanted a Audio CD, but I think this is alot more helpful.

This has helped me learn many languages, like a bit of Spanish, French and fluent Japanese. :)
