What is a good Linux DVD ripper?

I have a very large number of Stargate SG-1 DVDs that I wish to rip to my HDD; what would be a good and efficient DVD ripper (ideally with an optional output type, but I am fine with it outputting in a fixed filetype, e.g. ogg-theora) for Linux (Ubuntu, specifically)?

  4. K9copy is what i use.its a kde app so you will need to install kde libs if you are using Ubuntu (gnome) and not Kubuntu or with kde
