What is a good NASCAR 09 car setup for a Daytona or Talledega?

I know people are really secretive about it but could someone help me out. Even on the super speedways i cant reach speeds of 200 mph. I dont know what to do.

dude you dont need to go 200mph to win the race k thats first of all 2cd try  downforce and avoid soft shocks and loose cars at all cost ( unless you  can control them  but the number one secret or not secret is to  never choose top speed over acceleration cuase you might have speed but no  acceleration means you need to pack it up boy oh next when you sign a contract  look at what they specialize in like joe gibbs specializes at superspeedways  and remember its just a game and take a break everyonce in a  while   and it has no bearing on real like k
