What is a good University to go to in France ?

Well I'm an African American and I live in the U.S. And when I graduate from high school. I want to go to college in France and eventually become a citizen and stuff. So can you all please tell me some good Universities to go to in France, and I'm looking to Stay in big cities in France, like Paris, Lyon, Niece, ETC. So if you know any good Universities I can go to, please let me know, all help will be appreciated, and yes, I will be fluent in French by the time I graduate, cause I will probally stay a full summer in France before the big move...please and thank you.
