  1. GMA 950 on Intel 945G chipset is not for gaming. You need a real graphics card. Some options:

    Cheap= ATI HD3650, HD 2600 or Geforce 8500GT

    Good enough= Geforce 9500GT or HD 3850

    Awesome but need a big power supply= HD 4870, 4850 or Geforce 9800 GTX+

  2. depends what the games are.

    basically the more you spend the more powerful the video card will be.

    if the games you bought are crysis, bioshock, assassins creed, etc, then you will need to spend money on something like an 8800gt or higher. Will probably cost $130+

    If you really want to keep the cost down, list the games you have and someone will advise you on the cheapest card.

    Also, do you know what slot type you have and what your power supply rating is?

    Slot type will be pci, pci-e or agp

    if you dont know, http://www.cpuid.com/cpuz.php will tell you under mainboard-> graphics

    Also, do you need the card to be dx10 compatable or is dx9 ok?
