  1. My son started only a couple of months ago. He's 12. It just depends on whether or not you can handle that amount of caffeine.

Try it on Saturday and see how it affects you. If it does you a serious energy shot and you can't sit down, then don't drink anymore.

If you're fine and you feel all right afterwards with no jitters, then go for it.

  2. I started drinking it when I was 12-13.

Why prove you can drink it? What's to gain?

  3. well my bro started drinkin it at about age sixteen

  4. 13 - 14

  5. i started when I was about 13 i guess

    (and havent stopped since!)

  6. I started drinking "coffee" when I was about 11. It wasn't exactly coffee, though. It was more like a mixture of 1/3 decaf coffee, and 2/3 milk. (With a bit of sugar) When I got older, About 14, my parents would let me drink it how I wanted.

This does STAIN your teeth! Also, I'm sorry to side with your mom, but whatever she thinks is an OK age limit, is probably fine. Drinking coffee will not improve your life.

  7. never! that stuff is disgusting and bad for you!

  8. You're better off avoiding caffeine completely.

  9. I was 10 or so when i had my first cup. i love it.

  10. I am a coffee addict....however, my kids are rarely allowed to have caffeine...I will make them a cup of decaf coffee or tea, occasionally...but even that has some caffeine in it.  I think they can start making some of those kind of choices when they are in high school.

  11. i didn't start drinking it till i was three
