13 in a group with adults to supervise, 14 in a group with out supervisors, on your own... 16. Serious relationship... 18. But this your parents decision.

13 years old you should be hanging around in a group of girls and guys, taking an interest in guys and having conversations with them, maybe talking to them on MSN and whatnot.

At 15 you can be going out on dates with guys, one on one, to the cinema or whatnot, and generally having fun together, buying Christmas and Birthday presents.

I think it's only at about 18 you should really get into 'relationships'.. you're only young once, you don't need to waste it on boys.

I think that 16 with a chaperoned group with boys and girls and not alone with a boy until you are 18. I think age 13 is way too young. 16 is the perfect age to start learning about dating in a group. I personally didn't feel I was really ready for a serious relationship until I was 21 when I met my husband and we married when he was 25 and I was 23 and we are still married almost 15 years later.
