    Cannabis Sativa

  3. Weed

  4. Sunflower seeds, licorice, or some edible stuff that may come in larger quantities that taste good.

Smoking may be the first thing to come to somes mind, but millions die a year because of it.

  5. You can't be happy if you don't sleep. The mind needs rest. And you can't sleep well if you're not happy. So it's a vicious circle. Fifi recommends exercise routine and a hobby. That's good. I recommend anything from a health food shop that's for insomnia- herb teas like hops, lavender, gotu kola, st john's wort, skullcap, passionflower, valerian. And melatonin. B Stress vitamin tablets with Vit C. Calcium Magnesium I heard also may help.

Change of diet and Yoga therapy. Yoga and deep breathing give relaxation which help sleep. Oxygen is the best 'high' . Give up tea and coffee.

See massage therapist or acupuncturist or reiki practitioner. See what physical malady makes you depressed and learn- by books or therapy-what negative mental thought patterns you need to change.

  6. exercise... tea (jasmine is good)... gum :)

  7. marijuana, or excersizing.

  8. ROOTBEER!!

  9. First of all. YagerBaum. and secondly just do lots of prescription drugs.

    Who knows you may overdose?

Can we then even more drugs and mix them with alcohol.

  10. Alternative to what? Empty calories, social lubricant, or just the most base intoxication possible to blur your grasp on reality?

A substance to abuse is probably not what you need. Life seems S****y some times, ultimately you need to accept that fact, as well as the fact that it will not seem nearly as S****y tomorrow, and if not then, the next day.

If you absolutely have to get high on something, smoke or eat cannabis.

  11. scientific answer: non fermented food!

  12. Sleeping pills are good for the sleep. I would recommend having an exercise routine, it'll help with the sleep and the depression. Get into a support system with friends, call them when you're feeling unhappy in the middle of the night. Get a hobby, like baking or something, that you can keep yourself occupied with.

  13. Chocolate. The internet. Sleeping pills (not an overdose).

  14. I was going through the same thing. I tried Lexapro recently and it made my insomnia worse ( from very very little sleep to NO sleep, its been over 2 weeks now and nothing). I am going a bit nuts yet too tired to even be to mad about it now! LOL. I quit the drugs cold turkey , it had only been about 1 1/2 - 2 weeks that I'd been on them. Oh... I went on Lunesta too to deal with sleep issues and it made the problems way worse. Right now I am taking some all natural things to heal myself... pantothenic acid for energy , a DNA / RNA spray in my mouth to prevent my bodies aging too rapidly inside because of lack of sleep and dehydration and St. John's wort. I sleep with these zero negativity stones on my body and under my mattress too and I have a nano patch of some sort for sleep on my ankle. It is very slow going but I feel like it is starting to take effect. Drink lots of water too ... I am drinking a lot more quality water and green tea and when it stops raining am going to start walking more again. We've had tons of rain here. But when I walk on my days off I feel so much better. Its a good time to chat if you have a pal to walk with too. But yeah, lay off alcohol and chemicals ... they may help you get to sleep sometimes but they will later keep you awake and you will not feel you got a restful sleep. Try warm milk and a cookie or anything else. Get some fresh air and really breathe. Good luck!
