What is a good alternative to caffeine?

I can't have caffeine so what's an alternative with the same effect? I've been really tired since I stopped drinking caffeine because of my migraines triggered by it. what should i do?

  1. Have you tried vegetables hon?

    fresh veggies as well as fresh fruits will

    give you a boost, there's also a tea called senna you can get  at your local drug store,  it will not cost you much. that too will work.


  2. Exercise in the morning to rebuild your supplies... you will produce dopamine and serotonin and this natural production in your brain will help you feel better. You'll feel energized and just good about yourself. Does wonders for your gluts and legs too :)

  3. first of all when you first wake up drink some water. you are without all night and your body needs to get rehydrated. orange juice is good as well as juices with energy  like ocean spray cranberry juice with energy.  

  4. Ginseng, but it will probably give you migraines too.

Usually Migraines are caused by a lack of Oxygen going to the brain.  Usually coffee does the opposite and helps the oxygen go to the brain.  It failed for you!   Vervain also helps the Oxygen go to the brain!  So try the Vervain Tea!  Many use Vervain Tea to cure hangovers or to stay awake for a test after an all night study or other all night occurance!

  6. Exercise, yoga, good diet will all add to your energy. How long has it been since you stopped caffeine? When I stopped caffeine, the first week was the worst and I was very tired. After that, my energy came back and I didn't need any alternatives.

  8. Take ginseng and damiana capsules, either separately, or together.  They both have a "pick me up" effect and are safe to take, as far as I know, as long as you don't over do it.
