What is a good and strong sleeping pill?

I need a good, safe and strong sleeping pill becuase I haven't been sleeping well for could of days already because I keep waking up everytime I feel movement. Which one will get me "deep deep into sleep" for I feel refreshed. I just want to use it for one time

i drink warm  milk it tastes sick but really helps. you could try mentitonin but when i tried it i got EXTREMLY sick for like two weeks i had to mis all that school so i dot trust it no more

you can get the pill form of the sleep hormone melanonin, aparently this is really good, im sorry im not specific as to where to get it, you'll have to do some research.

I think that you would need a prescription for anything "strong."  In my experience, the "over the counter" medicine is not enough to make me sleep.

It is really worth going to the doctor and asking for something to help you sleep.  I had sleeping problems about a year ago, and I went and got a prescription, which I took for a few months, and started sleeping normally again.  The quality of my life has really improved.

Let me begin by saying that stress, emotional lability and certain diseases affect the onset and duration of sleep. The best regimen to begin is a natural sedative called Melatonin. It is involved in the regulation of sleep-wake cycle. if these fail, and antihistamine called Promethazine is an excellent hypnotic available with out prescription Take 25mg 30 minutes befor sleeping.

If the above fails consult your doctor for a prescription of benzodiazepines. Request a short acting drug such as temezepam or oxazepam as you suffer from something called initial insomnia. these will most probarbly work well for you.

avoid taking CNS stimuants such as Caffeine or appetit stimulants scuh as pseudoephedrine. These block bind to adenosine receptors preventing the initiation of sleep.
