I hate to give you such a simple answer, but what you're looking for describes pretty much every shounen anime series out there.  h**l, even the majority of mahou shoujo (magical girl) series are like that.

An older series you might like is Fist of the North Star, if you're wanting a martial arts-heavy series. Very good, and the main character's powers are very cool.
