I have to make something for my cousins 30th b-day party coming up. I was thinking a nice little appetizer/finger food would be a good thing to make, but i have no idea what. Any good cooks out there with a good suggestion? I appreciate the help. Thanx : )

  3. OK my best appetizer, get some vegetable crackers any brand, a block of sharp cheddar cheese, and some bacon.lay the crackers out on a cookie sheet.  oh for easy clean up you might lightly spray with nonstick spray, after you got your crackers layed out in single layer, cut the cheese into cubes about the same size as the cracker, put a chunk or cheese on each cracker, take your bacon and cut it in half so you have shorter peaces, wrap the bacon around the cracker so the ends meet on bottom of cracker, then place cracker where the bacon meets side down on the cookie sheet so it will hold together. cook on 300 degrees for about a half hour or until bacon is done, cool and serve any time.  i have served this, at a lot of places, i got great compliments! easy and delicious! and you can't go wrong with price, if you are on a budget. even if you don't choose to serve this try it some other time there really good.you can get a flavored bacon like maple cured, or wich ever is your favorite and you can use any kind of cheese and cracker also. but the one i gave you here, i have gotten the best compliments on.good luck on what ever you go with! hope this helps!
