Hey guys!

Basically I have to do a e-journal for Marine Biology. I have to find a good article and talk about it. I am having a little bit of trouble finding one that not everyone will use because last time I did one everyone wound up using the same one. If you guys wouldn't mind helping me out and giving me a link to the article and giving me a snip it of what it is about that would be amazing!

Thank you so much guys! I really appreciate it. Have a pleasant day =]

  1. Here is one on evolutionary biology. Looking at one species can lead to insight in another.

Manatee's pelvic reduction may be related to the stickleback. http://www.sciencedaily.com/releases/200...

I know you said one article but there is much information on this gene and the possible similarity of its effect in numerous articles to pick from.

Several sticklebacks show pelvic modifications due to altered expression in the PitX1 gene. Comparing stickleback fish shows a shift in fresh water stickleback and marine versions in expression of this gene.
