When i auditioned several years back for the tour they wanted a contemporary pop song no musical theatre songs. I sang Virtual Insanity by Jamiroquai which worked really well because there is so much piano in the song it didn't sound wonky, and made it to the second round, I only wanted Maureen and I failed to transcend my super girliness to be convincing with the Joannes. C'est la vie boheme.

Rights should be available soon so lots of people will be doing it I would recommend getting a pop song and a pop sounding showtune. Like something from Aida.
