  1. my son is 5. he starts school at 8.30. gets up at around 7.50. so i put hime to bet around 9.00 - 9.30. so he'd get more than 10 hours sleep.

  2. 8 pm

  3. for a 7 year old i would say about 8pm, and for a 9 year old 8:45pm - 9pm.

    Chow (:

  4. 9:oo pm

  5. I think that for weekends: 8:30 PM for 7 year old. 9:00 PM for 9 year old.

For school nights: 8:00 Pm for both kids.

Reasons: kids, preteens and even teenagers need at least 8 hours of sleep, but should always try and aim for 10 hours every night. 7 and 9 years is too young to be staying up past 9. Those little ones need their sleep!

  6. 9:30,so they can wake up at 7:00 to clean up a bit.

  7. 8h30-9h is good for both!

  8. you will hear a lot of answers you can start with say 9:00 and go from there. if they get up on time and are not tired, great, if they are, bump it down 1/2 hour at a time until you find the time that works for them. each child is different. good luck

  9. 7 at 8:30

    9 at 9:00

  10. 7 year old: 8:30 PM at the latest

9 year old: 9:00 PM at the latest

    :)

  11. 9 year old: 9:00

    7 year old: 8:30

  12. I think when I was seven I went to bed at eight, and by the time I was nine it was eight thirty.  It's say 8:30 is probably the best time, depending on when they have to get up. A child that age should be getting AT LEAST ten hours of sleep, so it they have to get up around 7:00 am, they get 10 1/2.  Aim for somewhere between 9-11 hours of sleep.  That's what really matters, not the bedtime.  But I's say 8:30.

  13. my sister and I are the about 2.5 years apart, and when she was at that age, she went to bed at 8, and i went to bed at 8:30.  i had to tutor at an elementary school this summer, and almost ALL of the kids bedtimes (who were going into 2nd grade) was either 8 (the most part) or 8:30.  kids need to go to bed early at that age, cause they need A LOT of sleep, and parents need a break too.

  14. It all depends on the child itself. If one is harder to wake up then I would put that one to sleep first but overall I would think you could start getting them ready at 9:00 and then 9:30 is last call. Good Luck and hope this was somewhat helpful....

  15. Depends on you and the children.  As long as they get about 10 -12 straight hours they should be fine.  My mom puts my 11 year old sister to bed at 9:30, my 9 year old sister at 9, and my son who is 5 goes to bed at 8:30... if im lucky!!
