  1. my school starts at 9:30 im 12 my bedtime is 10

  2. It really depends on the age of the student...if they are 10 and under about 8:00 and 11-12, 9:00 and older than that 10-11...every child is different while some cannot function without at least 8 hours of sleep others can make do with as little as 6 hrs.  Getting a good night sleep helps all students to be at their best though..

  3. 10pm-11pm

  4. My 5 and 7 yr olds have an 8:30 bedtime, but I just extended bedtime to 9:00 for my 11 yr old.

    My 2yr old goes to bed at 11 if I'm lucky:{

  5. I have 3 children and 2 of them are in school. They are 8 and 10. We try to make sure they are all showered and ready for bed by 7:30 and then we hang out together and have a snack and watch a little tv before they go to bed which is anywhere between 8-8:30. I wake then up no later than 7:30am and I have found if they go to bed any later they are tired and crabby in the am. Hope this helps and good luck.

  6. For my 5 year old 8:30 is best, but most of the time it's 9:00.

  7. usually 9pm

  8. Considering I have to spend all day with kids, 5-7yo should be in bed by 7 or 7:30pm. 8-10 by 8pm, and intermediate age kids by 8:30pm. The kids can get really grumpy at school if they don't get their sleep. Hey if they wake up early in the morning they can always play quietly in their room until 7am. It's a BAD idea to let primary age kids stay up past 9pm on any night of the week, and they don't need to be watching programmes after 8:30pm as it's not good for them. Too many times I've had to stop kids from sharing at 'morning talks' about an inappropriate tv show that a 14/15 yo shouldn't even be watching!

  9. depends on the age and time they wake up.

    my brother is turning 7 soon. he wakes up at 6:30 and he goes to bed at around 8-9 PM.

    I'd use myself as an example, but I'm in high school and barely get 5 hours...

  10. My son is 7 going on 8.  He has to get up by 7AM for school, so bedtime is 8 during the week and 10 on Fri and Sat nights.  He's always needed like 10 or 11 hours of sleep, but you have to know that for you kid.

  11. For most kids 9 pm seems to work great really depends on how much sleep they need to funtion the next day and what time they have to be up.

  12. Nine-ten year olds should be getting ready for bed at nine thirty during the school year, but they should be in bed by ten.

  13. My daughter's bedtime is 8pm on school nights.  She is 5.  A friend of mine's son's bedtime is 9pm during the school year and he is 9.

  14. My son is five and he goes to bed at ten.

  15. depends on the age but ten is good
