What is a good bid for a home listed at $439,000?

2 Fam,3bdr each floor (good lrg sizes) 1st floor mstr with sliding glass doors overlooking heated pool... 2 1/2 baths 1st flr, 2nd floor has deck overlooking pool from kitchen and 1bath. The kitchens are large and well taken care of, but the cainetry needs updating. Home has public trans right in front of it and everyhting is in walking distance. The home is a little old, but in really good condition.
