  1. Baby Einstien video. My one year old LOVES them.  They were recomended to me by a friend who is about to give birth to twins, who are #6 and #7.

  2. A binky, cloths dont cost much or a ball

  3. Get her a riding toy that she can ride or have some one push her on.

  4. Wooden puzzles My Son loves them and they cost about 10.00

  5. idk that's a good question...i don't usually buy for one year olds i usually just give them clothes.

  6. SPEAK AND SPELL

  7. $25 Savings Bond is a great gift for a 1 year old.  It will mature in 7 years and then they will have the full value for what they want or need at the time.  Or they can continue to save each year until they go to college and use the money for a book or something they need.

  8. I gave my friends daughter a baby cabbage patch doll and she absolutely loves to carry it around with her to this day and now she is over 2!   I think it was like 14.95 at walmart...

  9. from a parents view i would say clothes. they grow out of clothes soo fast i personally would like all the help i can get in that department.

  10. Are you saying that you got a genuine one year old girl that only cost $25?

WOW! What a DEAL! (Just kidding! I couldn't resist.)

She either is walking or she's getting close. Whenever that happens, I get one of those push along corn popper toys. You know the ones I mean? They drive you kind of nutty, but kids who are just learning to get around really love them. They also love little lawn mowers. I just think anything that encourages them to get out and practice walking it perfect. That was also the age my girls really started loving simple computer games that we could do together. They also LOVED blocks. A nice set of blocks is probably in your budget. That is a really fun age.

  11. A teddy bear.

  12. I think that books are great! Kids love them and they are a bonding experience for their parents to read to them. For that age I would look for something with animals that might have things that you can touch or that make sound. They can keep them and read them to thier kids someday.

  13. Well to be honest my daughter always LOVED the cheapest toy I bought I could get her a 50 dollar gift and a 50cent and she loves the 50 cent one more!!! Don't waste money on super expensive stuff!! Go for like....a baby doll with a baby doll stroller (10 dollars for a doll, 7 for baby stroller) or buy clothes kids always need clothes.....or a push/ride along toy....they are like 20 bucks at most. Or if you want to spend alot get all of those things!!
