and select your favourite theme, buy some themed tableware, some matching plain colour tableware, matching decorations (banners, garlands, balloons etc), some favour packs to fill pinata and off course a pinata or some party games...

i reckon a celebrity party. most teenage girls are obsessed with celebrities these days. you can choose a celebrity for everyone to dress up as and send that along with the invitation plus you can come up with really creative games like pin the sunglasses on nicole richie lol, play singstar and have a costume competition for who looks the most like their chosen celbrity. d**n i wish i had that party at 13 hahhaha.

See a movie or my friend did this you call all the parents and tell them you are doing a murder mystery theme party so you need to "kidnap" them at such and such date and time. Then you create a mystery themed house and play games like mafia..........

have everyone come dressed as a celeb and havea carpet (red) leading to the back yard/inside the house along the carpet people takeing pictures and asking autographs you could hire someone or get asome family like your brother or sister and there friends then have them seated and have the photographers or someone else take the order from the menu's in fron of them with a cuople options then with the pictures you toke make a magazine and put stories next to each persons photo and yuor photo on the cover with yuor inside story

Have all your friends over (boys and girls) and hang out, dance, and chill, until it is dark. Then play manhunt!  After that the boys leave and the girls can sleep over!

spa party. find recipes for face masks and hand/foot scrubs online along with a bunch of nail polishes and lotions and give eachother manicures and pedicures and facials. have a few fun girly movies playing. Make sure to eat before or after starting the spa treatments though, you don't want to try grabbing popcorn with wet nails, or stuff all over your face! You can finds recipes for non-alcoholic cocktails, and make a few kinds so you have something special to drink.

end it with big sundaes, get a few kinds of ice cream, and tons of different toppings and small candies and let everyone make their own.

Get a few disposable cameras and let everyone snap some candid shots, you can make copies of the best pictures and put them in cute frames (check out the dollar store for cheap, cute ones!) and give them out with your thank you cards.

im turning 13 this month too and i think im going to have a sleepover.  i might have a sleepover casino night where we play cards and drink non alcoholic  drinks or maybe i will have a hippie pardy..

you can use my ideas i dont care. you could also have a glow in the dark party where you have everything glowing in the dark and dont turn the lights on you could get a strobe light and a black light too.

I am thirteen and I would recomend having a party with not as much of a theme like you could rent a cabin for a night or two and then let her invite a ton of people and then she can choose the people that she wants to sleep over and you dont have to clean up if you rent a cabin
