What is a good brand for compact refrigerators?

I am shopping for a compact refrigerator that is smaller than five cubic feet. I've searched around and it seems that Haier is a popular brand. However, to be sure, I just wanted to see if there were other better brands beside Haier. By good brand I mean quiet, consistent cold temperature, not hot on the outside, and energy efficient.

The only compact refrig. I've ever owned is by Haier.  I've had the 1.7 cu. ft. one for a few months now and think it works just great.  But, I'd really recommend buying the next size up because this one barely fits anything, and then whatever you put on the shelf that's right under the freezer compartment gets too cold or frozen.

The more efficient the more expensive. Watch for models with an Energy Star Rating. Not all do. The Government Web Site is only a guide as it's not up to date. Danby who makes several models was not listed. Haier is a Chinese Brand that made product for others but now makes them for themselves. LG was once called Lucky Goldstar and is of Korean origin.
