What is a good breakfast to have to keep me energized?

i have soccer practice early morning so i need some good breakfast ideas that will keep me energized and wont slow me down while i run or make me bloated, thank you so much

  1. i like those protein bars myself. they're convient and loaded with protein to keep the hunger away. only bad thing is that they don't taste that great. some do, you just have to find one you like. i usually have a met-rx big 100 protein bar in the morning with juice or water, maybe a banana too if i'm really hungry. that keeps me going all morning
