What is a good but cheap online/computer program for learning french?

I Really want to learn french, but there are no classes going on around me, so I thought I would try a internet/computer program. I know rosetta stone is probably the best, but its super pricey.. anyone know any good ones that are good for a budget?

    French in Action  52- 30 min immersion videos. Give it a chance it's really good. It's 1980's but good!
