What is a good but cheap webcam?

I would prefer prices in Euros but good makes would be good too.

I'm looking for a smallish webcam that can be attached to my laptop screen. I don't want it to be Over €60 but I also want it to be good quality.

Try an eyetoy for PS2. I have mine plugged in and working and it's pretty cheap while still giving pretty good quality. Try eBay or other online shops for one.

Creative .. wont be that expensive + high quality .. when u get the cam message me xD and we can have some fun rofl :P Jk .. :D
