  2. This is the cage I purchased & love. I have my 2 adult male rats in there, and there's plenty of room. :)

((Super Pet My First Home for Exotics))

  3. i really like wire cages because theyre easy to clean (you just pop off bottom) and they give your pet fresh air ( plastic ones with tubes is like a greenhouse trapping animals in humid air filled with pee)

since you have two rats i think you should get a cage with different levels like this one.

    hope i helped!

  4. The biggest that you can afford. Rats need a lot of space to run around. Try craigslist.com, sometimes you can find great deals in your area and get a huge cage for a very small price. Petco and Petsmart are very expensive, but sometimes they have a great cage for something that's in your price range. Get one with multiple levels also..

  5. Google the Rat Cage Calculator.

Then head to www.martinscages.com and get your rat cage from there.

They are nice and easy to put together.
