What is a good camcorder for a webshow?

I want a cheap video camera that has good video quality. 250 or less is my price range. I was thinking about the samsung sc mx-10, if anyone knows that this camera is bad, or know of another camera PLEASE contact me at [e-mail] , or leave an anwser.
