  1. well i just was at Riverbend (cincinnati) to see a concert, and there was alot people there with cameras

there was a girl sittin right next to me with one and someone in the row behind me had one. Beleive they had Sony Cyber-shot, not 100% sure

i've heard mixed things about kodak, fiji, and nikon, someone at ciruit city & best buy, has told me that sony & canon is the best ones to get

  2. At one of the recent outdoor concerts (one that had "No Camera's or Recording Devices Allowed" printed on the ticket) people were searched randomly for cameras as they left the venue ... if they had a camera and were unwilling to erase the card it was confiscated.  If there was any resistance, the person was arrested.

It is getting to the point were some venues are getting very serious about copyright protection and they seem to be taking prisoners now.

  3. The first question you should ask is: Do concert allow camera?

If the concerts that you are thinking do not allow camera, that is the end of the story.

Beside, unless you have a Stage Pass, most of the camera that you can sleek in to a concert will not do you any good. 'Cause you won't able to take any photos that is good enough to turn into a poster or something similar.

So, why don't you just go to the concert and enjoy it and safe the chance of get kick out and/or lost the camera by trying to sleek a camera into a concert.
