What is a good camping / cottage area to go around Ottawa / Gatineau region?

I am looking to find a secluded private camping / cottage site that my family can rent a weekend. I have a large dog, so I need somewhere that allows pets to roam free, this is why I want it to be private and secluded. I also want to be able to have a nice small fire there as well.

Any ideas?

I would suggest checking Craigslist.org or Kijiji.ca for a private site: All provincial/national parks require that dogs be on leashes. Another option would be to call small town halls in the Ottawa valley/Outaouis region and ask if they have any information on cottage rentals.
