What is a good car brand?

Ok so I am looking to buy a new car. I don't want anything made in america because of american standards (they suck) SO NO FORD! But if you could tell me a name of a good foreign car brand that is working for you or has worked for you in the past that would be great. Thanks so much.

Most modern cars are reliable and carry a good warranty.

Choose one that meets your needs. i.e. economy for city, 4x4 for country, MPV for family etc.

Japanese cars:

In the economical class (mid class)

HONDA is #1. accord is the top sedan now.

and next is Pilot 2009. the good SUV

if u need a truck: ridgeline is your choice.

Toyota is #2: Avalon is the top but I recommend you should choose Camry. It's more popular and look sporty. (sedan)

SUV: 4runner, or Highlander.

Big SUV: sequia.

Truck: Tundra or Tacoma.

Nissan is #3: Maxima 2009 with 300 HP is the best thing that people are looking for and testing on it.

or the little smaller one is Altima. as same quality as Maxima. (sedan)

SUV: Amarda or Pathfinder or X Terra.

Truck: Titan or Frontier.

about the luxury Japanese car:

Lexus is #1:

IS is the sport type.

and ES or GS is the family type.

GX and RS are SUV type.

Infiniti is #2:

Sedan is:  infiniti G35 or M35. i'm driving G35 sport

Crossover is: FX35 or 45.

Acura is #3:

sedan:  TSX, TL, RL

SUV: MDX and RDX.

about the germany car:

you can choose BMW:

about sedan, the more higher series they have, the more quality you get in your car.

from series 3 to 7. check them out.

about SUV

they have X5 and also offer the new X6.

I dont really concern abou Mercedes because the build quality of them now is not good.

YOu can also check out the VW or Audi.

VW have Patssa and Jetta.

Audi have S4 and S6 is sedan.

especially if you wanna be a unique guy,cruising your car around on weekend. Lets choose R8.

honda is a great brand I drove it till it reached 202,403 miles then i bought a newer car but never ran into any problems with it

If you want quality then you need a Japanese or one built for them by one of the myriad factories round the world. A recent survey, here in England, found that Japanese cars took the top places while european and especially German cars fell into the bottom of the reliability list.

Don't pay any attenton to where the brand originates,Nissans can be in made here in U.K,Ford's in Germany etc,etc.

I'm assuming you are from the U.S,well anything German Volkswagen,Audi or BMW will have excellent egineering but tend to cost more,hard to go too wrong with all the j*p makers,Nissan,Honda,Toyota cheaper but less quality.

French make good cars too Puegot being the best,if you check out the dealers from these brands you will find something quality that you'll like
