  1. A 35mm with a macro lens.


  2. Many many cameras can do this. I don't know what your budget is. If you are looking point and shoot look for a camera with a macro mode. It may be a pictogram of a tulip where you set the camera mode. Some DSLR also have a programed mode for macro .

    If you have money to do it right get a DSLR with a macro lens. This will give you the best results

    And pretty much all of them can.  If you can't spell it, I'm not sure I want to launch into a long explanation of lenses...
