Pontiac used to make a Sunbird convertible.  Very inexpensive for a convertible.

Depends on how cheap is cheap. A very reasonable, and pretty reliable, and abundant convertible is the Chrysler Sebring. If you get one with a 2.7 liter engine, have a mechanic check out the engine to be sure it isn't sludged up. Those engines will NOT tolerate sloppy maintenance. I would recommend synthetic oil for this car and oil changes at 5,000 miles intervals. Mine has 110,000+ and purrs.
