  1. if you can't live without meat, you won't last very long.

  2. Seitan and tofu are good vegan foods that at times can be made into chicken like foods.

Some brands: LightLife, Yves, Nate's, Boca Chiken Burger, Morningstar Farms has really good Chik'n Strips.

Good going on becoming a vegan, believe me you can live without meat, just eat good vegan foods and get your nutrition, and you will be glad you became vegan!

  3. Well, then don't go vegan, it's a simple as that. You can reduce your meat intake if you're having a moral dilemma, but remember that your diet is your own personal choice. If you want to keep eating chicken, go ahead. You are the one that has to deal with it if you are missing foods you love.

  4. If you can't live without meat you may not last long but here you go anyway.

  5. It will be hard to be vegan if you can't live without meat!! lol..

Try seitan or tofu based products. I can't even stomach fake chicken anymore.

  6. Quorn. Its a chicken substitute that comes in stir fry, nuggets, roast, patty, hotdog...ect. Its made from mushrooms and tastes just like chicken. I personally hate tofu. Its mushy and bland, but if you cook quorn with a little garlic salt and soy sauce, its great.
