What is a good chinese food restaurant in the West End of Edmonton, Alberta, Canada.?

There is a restaurant called Lemon Grass. They serve chinese and vietnamese food.  The food is exceptional.   AND you can what the cooks through a plexi glass wall as they cook.

When I was a chef and lived in the Stoney Plain Rd and 156th st area, there was a place just east of the IGA and acrossed from the Saxony Hotel, called the Wan Q, I beleive it is a Chinese/Vietnamese place now, but there was a little gem right on the corner in a strip mall acrossed from thr Shoppers Drug Mart, a small family run place, I worked at a restaurant at 111th av and 156th st, the Chef's Table, I believe also it is now a chinese dim sum place, whether the same chinese family I worked for is there I am not sure.

There is a place called JUMBO...about 5 min drive from the mall.. that is wicked for dim sum.  but nothing else.
