Something along the lines of they are great if used responsibly but can cause you to lose everything if abused...... talk about that and elaborate on it....

basically a conclusion (any conclusion) is everything summed up from the rest of your written piece.

In conclusion, gambling makes casinos unfairly, hugely rich and gamblers wind up poorer and poorer.  There needs to be more control of casinos so the addicted gambler is not allowed to play.  

There needs to be more control so the alcoholic gambler is not allowed to visit a casino, get drunk, and then drive home.  There needs to be more control of casinos so prostitutes infected with various venereal diseases are not allowed to do business in and around gaming establishments

Casinos, although legal, are a major destructive social force in our society.  The best thing for America would be to return to a ban on all casinos.
