What is a good college level semiconductor textbook?

Question

I need to find a good semiconductors text book to supplement the bad one my school made me buy for my semiconductors class. Could anyone suggest any or some sort of outline book or review book for the course?

As well could anyone suggest any really in depth websites for the couse (aside for allaboutcircuits.com)

the Textbook I am currently using is " Fundamentals of Semiconductor Devices" by Betty and Richard Anderson

Introduction To VLSI Systems by Carver Mead and Lynn Conway. It's a seminal work that you'll find on most designer's bookshelves.
