  1. For safety, I'd recommend plain leaf, but to tell you the truth, you might not feel a lot from it. Not only can salvia require a couple of attempts to "break through" into an actual trip, but your inexperience when it comes to actually smoking it may also mean you don't feel a lot from the leaf. The salvia starter kit listed below comes with 5x extract so I'd recommend you start with that.

Also listed below is a guide weighing up the pros and cons of several different methods of using salvia divinorum, as well as detailed instructions for each, including smoking extract. Sticking to the correct procedure is just as important as the strength of the product you're going to try.

One more recommendation: Get a sitter to look after you and make sure you put your bong down properly and don't catch the house on fire or anything like that. Have fun, but keep it safe!

  2. 1x is just fine, plain leaf.  You can make tea or anything else.  http://www.salviadivinorumleaf.com/

  3. start off wit 5x concentration. if u use 2 much, u will have bad effects! if it is effective do not go to 10x.

  4. There has been a great deal of controversy regarding the intelligent discussion of these types of plants. Only a small number of the big amounts of applications get approved, and as a result, they have been called "elitist" by some.  Because of this of since your a beginner, I suggest taking the 5X concentration.  If there are no effects and you feel great, boost your dosage up to 10X.  If you feel effects that do not subside, reduce it to 5X again
