What is a good credit union to open an account with to build some credit? i live in NJ...it doesnt have to be?

  1. Opening an account with a credit union would be like opening an account at a bank.  Neither does anything for your credit file.  

    You need credit cards and installment loans to build your credit.


  2. If you want a credit union you might want to stay local. But, you can try new jerseys credit union
