  1. Le Havre is the gateway for optional tours to Paris.

  4. Just about any cruise line will do at least one stop at Le Havre.  You'll then  have to take the train or motorcoach into Paris.

    Le Havre is usually a stop on the cruises later in the summer when they move the ships out of the North European itineraries and into the Mediterranean or before their repositioning cruise across the Atlantic to the US. in the fall.
