I just came back from Disney's Cruise ship Magic which is sailing in the Mediterranean.  Disney did an excellent job managing everything from the transportation, shows, diners.  A couple next to us had a Birthday and they had a special dinner selection for the Birthday boy...and they went out and partied all night.

If you're young, then take a Carnival Cruise.  You'll have lots of fun! Some of the other lines cater to honeymooners,couples, families,or older people.  Carnival is the most fun if you want to party.
