What is a good degree to go with photography?

I am a photographer thinking about going back to school. I want to travel and need some ideas for another degree I could get to go along with my photography degree and let me perhaps travel. I am a horrible writer, so i think journalism is out of the question.

marketing and advertising.

you have to be able to promote your work and maximize your profit.

other than that... fashion, design, architecture, art, history... learn about what you shoot.

what about fine arts? or music? do you like sculpting or working with your hands? ... or you could go a totally different route and try something in archaeology and/or history, keep photo-journals and that sort of thing. Ultimately do whatever feels right, even if it seems odd combined with photography.

A degree in art history would not be bad, but the same could be said for sociology or even journalism .. You were probably a horrible photographer until you took some classes.   Writing is just using a word processor to convey your thoughts and ideas  instead of your cell phone.   After all you go to school to learn something, why can't you learn to write?
