I really want to make an excellent dessert for my parents on saturday...I was thinking of a "banana" flambe...bananas with a rum sauce over vanilla ice cream...is rum a good liquor choice or would brandy be better? If this is not a good dessert, what would be?...yes I am young, but I am very talented at cooking and can handle anything...please ideas!!!! (what is an ABSOLUTELY AMAZING dinner to make as well?)

Thanks!
