  1. Don't diet. Loosing weight is a lifestyle change. You should gradually cut out unhealthy foods. If you try to deny yourself of everything you will just end up eating everything. Eat a lot of fruits and vegetables salads are great with low fat dressing. For snacks I do rice cakes and protein bars. If you have a sweet tooth try dairy free frozen yogurt.Start taking walks and if possible work yourself up to running. A mile is four times around a track. Set reasonable goals for yourself. Before you start a diet and excessive routine make sure to check with your doctor to make sure it is healthy for you.

  7. I don't really agree with any actual "Diet" programs. But what has worked for me is being vegetarian and a gym goer. I just suggest staying away from fatty foods and taking your exercise seriously.

    Get a good balance of cardio and healthy food daily and you'll just naturally begin to look and feel healthier. As simple as it is, the best health plan literally IS eating healthy and working out.
