  1. All tennis players are different on what they need to eat, I eat spaghetti.  You can do drills on the courts like start at the net and run forward when you get to the base line side skip and when you get to the last line run backwards and then side skip when you get to the net.  You can change direction more by changing what you are doing at every line. Start slow and only do a few at a time and work your way up as you get better at doing it.  Also when you pick up a basket of balls, lunge to each ball.

  3. my coach says b4 everybig tournament to eat spaghetti or carbs the night b4 and drink like 3 bottles of water so ull stay hydrated
