What is a good diet for a 20 yr old that weighs over 250?

Currently a size 20 would like to be a size 12, and ideas please help

  3. just eat a well balanced diet with proper portions, drink water and get at least 30 minutes exercise every day.  these sites should help.  the last one will help you keep track of calories eaten/drunk and calories burned in exercise.  read all you can about weight loss and do the things that work for you.  it's a lifestyle change more than a diet.  I did it and you can, too.
