What is a good digital point and shoot?

I am looking for a point and shoot where i can take multiple pictures in a very short amount of time with a great zoom and good video & audio quality without that much noise that is under $350 if possible. Thanks for your help in advance

This is a really good camera, it's right on your budget

it's at three hundred and fifty dollars, which isn't bad:

this has a high speed shooting mode, it has a 12x zoom, which is around a 400mm equivalent. It can take marvelous video, and the audio and quality is great. The picture quality is no different, the pictures are really beautiful, it's a high quality camera.
