my family is tired of eating the same boring stuff: rice and pasta, fish and potatoes. we would like to try something new thats easy and tastes great.

  1. try this if you would like :)

    MEAT SKILLET DINNER

    1 lb. ground beef

    1 med. onion, chopped

    3 c. water

    2/3 c. uncooked rice

    1/2 green pepper

    1 can tomatoes

    1 tsp. salt, if desired

    1 tsp. pepper, if desired

    Cook beef, green pepper and onion in a large fry pan until brown. Drain off excess fat. Add tomatoes, water and seasonings. heat to boiling. Stir in rice. Cover and cook over low heat about 25 minutes until rice is tender. Add a little water during cooking (if needed).

  4. How about tacos. Cook chopped ground or lean meat in a pan when brown, put taco season in. Have your lettuce chopped up, already shredded cheese already rushed tomato in can or fresh, and eat.

    Or ribs pork or beef or loins.

    Buy s slab thing of ribs clean them, season them. put in a alumina pan then put in the oven when it is have way done put some bbq sauce on top. eat with broccoli, sting beans, or mixed vegetables with some butter biscuits.

    Or if you are close to a path mark get already baked chicken with vegetables.

  6. Beef stroganoff is one of my favorite quick and easy family meals, delicious with noodles or rice. Use lean and tender beef in this dish.  Serve with tossed green salad..

    INGREDIENTS:

    12 ounces sirloin steak, cut into thin strips

    2 teaspoons vegetable oil

    1 small onion, halved and sliced

    8 ounces sliced mushrooms

    1/2 cup sour cream

    1/4 teaspoon dill weed

    1/2 cup sliced green onions

    PREPARATION:

    Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add beef strips, onion, and mushrooms. Cook, stirring, for 5 to 7 minutes, until beef is cooked and onions are tender. Add sour cream and dill weed; stir to blend. Taste and add salt, as needed. Transfer to a serving platter and garnish with green onions. Serve with hot buttered noodles or rice.
