hmmm i like it when they haye mozzeralla cheese and basil with some real good balsamic vineger they taste good with just some lemon juice and some dried mint mmmm

chimichuri (sp?) is really good with it but I also like using Frito's Jalapenio cheese dip :)

Myself??  I just like 'em plain, salt and pepper.....but you could use mojo or chimichuri (homemade is best)......Haven't made those in a while, I'll have to get some plantains next time I go to the store....

I like it mojo sauce - I get the bottled kind at the grocery store and heat it up and serve with fresh limes.
